How Do I Place An Order?
Please place your order through our online website. We strive to offer a wide variety of packages to meet your budget and style needs. After you make your package selections, choose your shape, color and add-ons you will be prompted to our payment page. If you have questions, please feel free to contact us.
Do You Offer In-Person Consultations?
Absolutely, we love to sit down with you and help you create your dream mum. This is something that we look forward to each year especially with our seniors and their families. Be sure to schedule this sooner than later. We do book up fast each season and our in-person consultations are fist come first serve.

When do I need to have my order submitted by?
All orders must be in no later than 10 days prior to your homecoming. The sooner the better. All orders are custom made and we are limited to how many orders we can accept each week. It's hard to say no especially to our repeat customers, but we cannot accept orders after the cutoff date. If you get in a time crunch, we will have some pre-made items in our shop that are ready to go based on traditional school colors.
When Can I pick up my order?
All order pick-ups are the Wednesday and Thursday the week of homecoming. If you are needing your order sooner, please contact us prior to placing your order to check for availability. Once the season starts and orders are in place it is extremely difficult to rush orders, we do our very best to accommodate everyone's needs.
Refunds and Cancellations?
Due to the fact that our orders are all custom, we do not allow orders to be cancelled after 24 hours of order being placed and no refunds will be given. If you feel you have an order placed with any errors, please contact us ASAP so that we can make adjustments.In the event of any changes to date names or last-minute break ups we can adjust the names. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order or a mistake has been made, please notify us ASAP so we can make any necessary adjustments.
